Your FREE Home Energy Audit includes:

• Review the general energy details of the home. Including average energy costs, HVAC and hot water heater types, number of people living in the home, etc.
• Full visual inspection of the windows, doors to check seals, weather stripping, glass types, screen materials, etc.
• Tour the home to view vent locations and look for problems like "micro climates" (Bad air circulation)
• Check the HVAC and water heating systems to review insulation condition, duct routing, etc.
• Traverse the attic area assess ventilation and to determine insulation type and thickness
• A report with findings and recommendations

Here's how to schedule your Home Energy Audit:

• You will receive a form from your inspector after your Home Inspection is complete.
• Simply call Accurate Construction, give them the code on the form and schedule your Home Energy Audit at your convenience
• (Note: To protect your privacy, we will NOT give your name to Accurate Construction, so you must call them to receive your Home Energy Audit)
• You have up to 6 months after your Home Inspection is complete to schedule your Home Energy Audit
